SOLVED System restore not completing

Not long ago I posted about a problem I had with Netptwiz not working.Things were fine for a while but today everything has gone back to the way it was.Im not concerned with that but now find system restore gets to about 25% and stops.So I decided to do a complete reset,wipe everything and start all over again.But the same thing happens,left pc running all night only to find it still sitting on 12%.
Any help would be appreciated

Hi Lizzy,

you could do a fresh reset install if you have nothing that you need on the computer, it would clean out any problems remaining in the system!. BACK UP ANY FILES YOU NEED BEFORE YOU START!.
