SOLVED System Reserved at 61% Fragmented

Hi to all
Sorry if this has been asked before.
When I go to defragment windows 10. C% drive defrags okay. Volume defrags okay, but System Reserved stays at 61%.
If I analyze says 100% defrag goes to 61% ;

windows 10 Pro 64 bit upgraded from Win 7 pro.

I had a similar problem last week but with C: partition always showed 41% fragmented and 21 % after optimizing.
I solved the issue by temporarily turning "OFF" C:\ system restore This allowed me to complete the defrag process. To be honest I've never seen a system reserved partition fragmented

A System Reserved partition only contains the Recovery Tools image and related files. Since it is only accessed when recovery operations are invoked or perhaps for boot operations, I would suggest you leave it alone.
