SynKernelDiag popup how to prevent and is slowing me down?

Hi,
First time poster and willing to learn but not very experienced on fixing Win10 problems

hope i am in right forum
I have a mouse issue
I get a popup with the above name. i x it out, but it copies information in notepad in my /documents, 3,310 kb each time as many as four a day. I delete them in batches.but would rather not have them

Microsoft tells me to modify my registry
a. am reluctant to do b. someone who did do it found it did not help

even when not popping up i am having trouble with both mouses (Lenovo, has two).

any ideas, thanx

Hi BSRH,

have you tried disabling one of the mice?. I won't give advice on editing the reg as it may cause a full system crash?.
