Switched to VGA and Now Windows Display is Slightly Zoomed In

I recently got a new drawing tablet and wanted to use it alongside my monitor as dual displays. The tablet requires an HDMI connection, so instead of using a USB-C to HDMI adapter (which didn’t work well), I opted for a VGA connection for the monitor.

Before setting up both displays, I connected the monitor via VGA to check the quality. While the quality seems fine, I've noticed that the screen is slightly zoomed in. My desktop icons are slightly cut off, and the same happens with Chrome tabs. Display settings show a resolution of 1920x1080 with 100% scaling, but the issue persists whether it's a single or dual display setup.

It’s not a major issue, but it does bother me. Is there a way to fix this? My PC is running Windows 10 Home with Intel integrated graphics.

Most monitors and Notebook/Laptop screens used a 16:9 or 16:10 resolution ratio as supported by the video/graphics adapter in the computer. The physical size of the screen doesn't seem to be an issue, I have 1920x1080 on 21", 24" and 27" monitors and 1366x768 on my 15" Notebooks, the Recommended setting. Using different size screens in a multiple-monitor setup can be problematic.
