switch from wlm to outlook.com with windows 10

I need to set up another email server as WLM does not support group email folders , as I need to send out emails to a particular group and don't want to have to type out their names each time. so I guess outlook.com seems the one to try, but how to do it?

Hi Sarah,

Actually you don't need to go to all that trouble as Windows Live Mail does support Group emailing.

• Open Windows Live Mail
• Press CTRL + 3 to open your Contacts List, or if you prefer click the Contact Icon in the bottom left of pane
• In the ribbon click on Category

From here simply give your Category (Group) a name and select from your contacts who to add to it, or manually enter new contacts in the box beneath your current contact list displaying. Once done click Save

Agreed. WLM is an Email desktop program which gets very little publicity. IMO Still one of the best and most comprehensive available.
