Stuck on Dell Recovery Screen during Windows Startup

My Dell Latitude 5290 running Windows 10 is encountering an issue during startup. Instead of Windows initializing, it's displaying a Dell Recovery screen with options to create a recovery partition. The screen presents two options: Backup and Restore. I'm unable to proceed beyond this screen as I didn't initiate any recovery process.I just want to start Windows normally
