Stuck in “Choose an Operating System” loop after Windows 10 reset

Hi,

I reset my Windows 10 PC using the option to delete all files. Now, when it restarts, I'm stuck in a "Choose an Operating System" loop. There are two identical options:

Windows 10 (on volume 3)
Windows 10 (on volume 3)
Selecting either option just takes me back to the same screen. I’ve tried troubleshooting, but it says I don’t have an administrator account. I can’t access Command Prompt, Startup Repair, or System Restore.

I’ve been stuck on this for three days. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
