My brother's laptop started a Windows update, but it got stuck at 7% for ages before saying Restarting and staying there for over an hour. I rebooted it based on online advice, but it just resumed the update, got to 7%, and then Restarting again.
After another reboot, it displayed Cannot Complete Updates"and stayed like that for nearly an hour. Rebooting again led back to the same screen, and then Restarting for over an hour. I left it overnight, but in the morning, it was still stuck.
I can't access the computer to provide the Windows version details. Any help would be appreciated.
