I TRIED TO RESTORE TO A RECENT RESTORE POINT AND WILL NOT REBOOT. I KEEP GETTING YOUR PC RAN INTO A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO RESTART. WE ARE JUST COLLECTING SOME ERROR INFO, AND THEN WE WILL RESTART FOR YOU. ERROR 0X000021A. IT TRIES TO REBOOT, BUT KEEP GETTING THE SAME MESSAGE. (I copied this from another thread because I was doing the same thing. Occasionally, after displaying Automatic Repair it displays CHOOSE YOUR KEYBOARD LAYOUT but won't let me do anything and my keyboard doesn't work. I've tried all of the F keys and done checkups all saying the computer is fine. I can't find a way to get to a command prompt. I have searched the internet and found many answers that I cannot get to. Please Help
