Static Noise During Audio Playback Windows 10

My pc makesstatic noise whenever audio plays, whether through built-in speakers or wired headphones. Interestingly, wireless earphones work fine.
I suspect it's a software glitch because temporarily disabling audio enhancements in speaker settings resolves the issue for about two minutes before it returns. Despite updating and reinstalling drivers, the problem persists.
