Hi my windows 10 laptop has just recently started to randomly show the start menu all on its own checked the start key all OK but getting worse and more frequent any ideas on how to stop this, thanks.

The laptop could have been on the shelf for a long time and the version on it may need upgrading!. Press the Windows logo key + r and type winver which will tell you exactly what version you have!.
