Good morning! Anyone run into this problem and found a solution? winver is current through 20H2, happens on old and new machines, firmware BIOS current. I've run SFC (corrupt files were repaired) and DISM checks and chkdsk all completed. This affects the scrolling on Windows Settings windows as well. It is not corrected by updating video driver. Any other ideas are most appreciated! Thank you!
