Yesterday, May 16th, my husband informed me the start icon wouldn't work when he went to turn off the computer. It was working the day before. Our Windows 10 is updated automatically. To turn off computer I have to right click on the icon. I used the "Start Menu Troubleshooter" and this is the result:
Required applications are not installed correctly.
"Microsoft.Window.ShellExperienceHost" and "Microsoft.Windows.Cortana" applications need to be installed correctly.
Will reinstalling the update correct this problem? And where do I go to get it?
Any help or suggestions appreciated.
