SOLVED SSH Agent not working in Windows 10

I have Lenevo Laptop with Windows 10. I am using OnenSSH from dos prompt to connect to remote servers.
But I am not able to add SSH key. I get Connection refused error when I try to add key using SSH agent.
What can be the reason?
