SOLVED Spilled tea on laptop, dried but had to reinstall Windows. Lost apps I paid for in full.

Not sure what Windows Movie Maker Premium is or from whom you may have purchased it, but....
Typically you will receive some type of receipt or email with confirmation of the purchase and the product key information.
MS store purchases should be listed under the "Purchased" section in the store app.
