SOLVED Sorting folders into date order!

I'm attempting to sort these folders out into date order with no success. Could someone offer me a hint?

Do you want them sorted by modified date (the 2nd column), or by date based on the title (i.e. from 1932 up to 2017)?

If it's based on the title, you'll need to re-word the titles to look more like this:

YYYY-MM-DD - SCAC - Title
or just
YYYY - SCAC - Title

i.e. 2004 to 2016 - SCAC - E-Mails

Then when you view things listed by name, it'll show you the files in title date order.
