I got a prompt that my upgrade was ready to install but when I click to start the upgrade, it cycles a minute and then says 'Something went wrong, try again later' I keep trying but continue to get the same message.
The common things that trigger that particular error are:
Insufficient Disk space available for the installation process
Incompatible or Faulty Language Pack installed
A Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 license is not currently activated.
I'd be checking those three things first.
The other possibility is the downloaded file for your upgrade became corrupted or is incomplete. this could occur because your Internet Service Provider has a data cap and you were unable to download the nearly 4 GB of files required for the upgrade, or you simply lost connection at some point.
