Problem Explaination

"Reservation - Confirmed"
"Download - In progress
Windows 10 is downloading in the background we'll let you know when you can start the upgrade"
"Upgrade - Coming soon"

I then proceed to click "view download progress" then this appears "Something went wrong. please try again later"

This has been happening for almost 4 days now.

Thanks in advance

If you don't want to wait, try this method.
I used the same method installing Windows 10 Home and Pro to my 2 laptops.

1. Download the media Creation Toll. Make sure you pick the correct bit version
http://www.microsoft.com/en-US/soft...?OCID=reserve_r_PostReserve_MediaCreationTool
2. Run the Tool.
Select Create installation media for another PC option.
That will create a Win 10 ISO.
3. Right click at the ISO > click Mount > click Setup.exe.
Installation will begin. This method allows you to keep your files, settings and apps. You can choose to "keep nothing".
This method does not require product key.
