Snipping Tool Not Automatically Opening Paint 3D

Hi,

My Snipping Tool used to automatically open Paint 3D when I clicked on the Paint 3D icon/tool. Recently, it no longer does this, and instead, I have to go to the Store and search for Paint 3D to open it.

Is there a way to restore the functionality so that Paint 3D opens automatically when I click the icon in the Snipping Tool?
