SmartTaskbar Application Issue

Hi... I need your guys help. " SmartTaskbar " is working fine for me. But after some tweaks on the OS, i wanted it to do something like:
When I go to the Desktop, it should hide the Taskbar whereas when using any application (Maximize any app window), it should unhide. Right now, the case is vice versa i.e. when I go to the Desktop, it unhides the Taskbar whereas when using any application, it hides.
Please help me out so that I can alter this functionality. Screenshots of current screen are attached. Thank you.

This seems to be a software issue, you should post on the Git Hub site for help. Just as we do for Classic Shell/OpenShell

Yes.. on the other post I was concerned if there could be a way to do this using Task Scheduler that's why I posted
