Slow Performance on Acer Aspire Laptop Running Windows 10

My Acer Aspire laptop running Windows 10 with an Intel Pentium processor is experiencing significant slowdowns. Startup and running even basic applications are taking much longer than usual, often more than 1-2 minutes. Despite attempting to remove applications and following various tutorials, the issues persist.
