Slow down audio speed (Windows audio settings)

Dear All,

Appreciate your support please on this !

This request might be a little weird , but really I need a solution.

I am looking for slowing down audio speed in windows, I do not mean specific audio/video.

Any sound (live, recorded ... etc) whatever its source (audio/video ... etc), I need its sound to be operated slowly.

So, I need to edit Windows audio settings itself in order to keep this permanent.

I have no idea how one would allow playback of all sounds or how it could be done?.

But this enables me to slow audio speed on the saved/recorded files only.

Will not be able to do the same with the live sound as I need to slow its audio speed directly, not to save it as a file then edit its audio speed later.

I had a look in sound settings and cannot find anything that would allow you to slow down playback globally on your computer!. Sorry I cannot be of more help!.

From what I have found on the web, you can only slow down the sound via a media player?.
