Slow Computer

I would guess that I am one of millions who have, at least, a similar problem.

I am cursed with the slowest computer in the history of computers. I can try to access something as basic as my e-mail, then take the time to re-roof my house, re-sod the lawn, overhaul the engine in my car, and then continue to wait and wait and wait. I have tried any number of cures, purchased on-line services, etc. Sometimes a minor improvement......then, back to sloooooowwwwwww! Any help out there?

Send the hardware spec of you computer CPU, Memory . Also what OS are you running version if W10. A list of the tasks in Startup ( see that through Task manager)

and: What speed is your internet?
