Slow BIOS Boot Time After Overclocking

I recently used MSI Afterburner to overclock my PC. While performance gains were minimal, my boot time increased from 10 to 30 seconds. I noticed a delay with a blinking underscore before reaching the BIOS and lock screen.

I've uninstalled all overclocking software, used DDU to reinstall drivers, and restored BIOS settings to default, but the boot time remains slow.

Any advice on resolving this issue would be appreciated.
