Skype Web Cameras!

My Skype web camera has just died, I have been looking on the internet, reading reviews etc, getting a lot of conflicting advice, so now totally confused.

Any recommendations?

Any Logitech webcam is a good bet, good support and work basically ootb!.

Buy an older model if you can coz they are cheaper but still work well!.

I agree - I don't think you can go wrong with a Logitech or Microsoft webcam. I'd probably go for the Logitech C270 or C920, budget depending .

I have an old logitec from when they first became availble. Works great.

Which is the best out of the Logitech C920 and the Logitech C930e?

There is only a couple of dollars difference iin the price.

The C930E is better, so if it's close in price then that seems like a good deal (it's much more than the other two options in the UK).

It's pretty high-end for a webcam though, so if budget is a consideration then the C270 is still a very good camera.

I ended up ordering the Logitech C270 , over $60.00 cheaper than the other two.
