SOLVED Skype 8 is not sending or receiving files

Peace, with skype 7 there was no problem, but after the upgrade the problem appeared.
I use disable win track which can block skype, but i did not block skype, perhaps skype added a new ip address for file sharing which is blocked in the hosts file. Perhaps someone here knows the server ip address of skype for file sharing? Hours of searching was fruitless.

i just did a netstat while trying to send a file and allowed the ips listed and it worked
