Since 16193 update some Youtube videos are mute

Random YT videos now have no audio when they obviously should. This occurs in Edge and Chrome on my system. As the next video plays fine, I'm at a loss of why YT is acting up? Is it a codec issue? My Insider setup is fully up to date.

IDK..... seems like with every new Insider Build we see similar complaints, often involving YouTube for some reason.
Have you tried to run the latest built in "Playing Audio" troubleshooter.
Just click the start button and type "Troubleshoot"
It should be the second one in the list.
