Recently, I tried to hard reset my computer. I think the reset failed, and my computer restarted. Now, when I try to log in, it goes to a black screen with a message saying, Interactive sign-in process initialization has failed. Please check the event log for details. I can't use any key shortcuts or access the Troubleshoot page, but my keyboard works fine. I'm stuck. Is there a fix for this?
