SOLVED Sign in pin or M S account problem

Hi i have a H P Presario CQ 71
If i leave it inactive for about 5 minutes it reverts back to asking for pin number.
I removed the pin number but now it does the same only this time asking for MS password
I have set it to never sleep on battery and when plugged in but still does the same.
Getting a bit annoying any help appreciated.

Have you checked here and set it to "Never"

Yes i had that set to never
Now changed it to this setting and so far so good.

There is another setting which might be contributing to the issue

You might want to also consider returning the setting you changed as noted in your post above back to "Never".
