up until last week used to be able to use the pin no feature.
then my boss tried to help and what ever he did made it worse.
now I start my computer and all is good until I use windows lock screen or let the pc sleep or whatever it does.
when I come back and press any key there is no sign in / password prompt or box .
windows just hangs and I have to restart the pc.
from what I remember he was in the windows directory.
this is a work pc with company security but was okay before.
when the pin didn't work I could still sign in.
IT dept. cannot replicate fault.
if no joy will have to re-format
