Short date with 2 digits for JJ in Swiss Local Date settings

Hallo everybody,
maybe somebody can help me. I have a couple of Windows 10 Pro machines with Windows 1803 or 1703 version and 64 bit. I can't find a way to switch the local date settings to Swiss locals without loosing the option of configuring a date like DD:MM.JJ . This is possible with German settings but not with Swiss ones. Does anybody know how to change this? I can change them but after every reboot they are back to Swiss settings with DD:MM.JJJJ . This is an important detail because our main software needs the local date in this format dd.mm.jj

Any help appreciated
