SOLVED Settings/Apps in window 10 won't open up

My Settings/Apps won't open up. I have tried all article which i could found on the net such as the CSSEmerg67758.


Then i realize the Settings/Apps was actually running in the task manager, but the settings GUI just doesn't appear.

I couldn't open almost all of the things that are found in my start menu, except for file explorer. The GUI doesn't come out,
but when i look at the task manager, everything was there running.

i get the same output for running CSSEmerg67758
