Seagate 4tb BUP Firmware

Hi Everyone.

I have a Seagate 4tg BUP ser: NA7P6N8L external harddrive. I have accidentally deleted files on this drive by using a certain program. Any body with the same drive that is willing to provide me with a copy of the Firmware?

I would really appreciate it. I have contacted the support site, but the are not able to assist.
