SOLVED Screen from Microsoft that appears when computer first turned on

There is a Windows screen (picture) from Microsoft that appears when the computer is first turned on and changes every three or four days. There are messages describing the picture with one that allows you to say that you like what appears and want other pictures to continue on a routine basis. The screen that appears is that of an agave-like plant. It has been more than a year when one of the major updates or other update was installed that this screen appeared and has not changed since then. I did not contact anyone at Microsoft or in the Forum as to how to correct this, but after this length of time, I am tired of having the same screen appear when the computer boots up. My wife's computer did not have this problem. Her screen changes regularly. How can I fix this issue?
