I'm having issues on my Windows 10 Pro 10.0.10586 (32-bit) HP Pavilion 23. While running Windows Repair v3.7.0 - Pre-Scan, I have missing files shown below:

These Files Are Missing: (Total: 4)
C:\WINDOWS\servicing\Packages\Microsoft-Windows-RetailDemo-OfflineContent-Content-en-us-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~10.0.10586.0.cat
C:\WINDOWS\servicing\Packages\Microsoft-Windows-RetailDemo-OfflineContent-Content-en-us-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~10.0.10586.0.mum
C:\WINDOWS\servicing\Packages\Microsoft-Windows-RetailDemo-OfflineContent-Content-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~10.0.10586.0.cat
C:\WINDOWS\servicing\Packages\Microsoft-Windows-RetailDemo-OfflineContent-Content-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~10.0.10586.0.mum
4 Combined Problems were found with the packages files, these files need to be replaced.......

I have googled these files with no results. What could be my next step.....

Did you perhaps purchase this machine recently from a retailer?
Retail Demo Mode is a not so secret mode that retailers can use to lock there "on shelf" systems for display to customers.
Normal users can enable it but I wouldn't recommend it. https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl#q=retail+demo+mode+windows+10
OR some specifics here
http://www.thewindowsclub.com/retail-demo-mode-windows-10

I'd be very careful going forward and make sure that you have a recent backup of any critical data and a disk image as well, to be safe.

No, I have had this HP Pavilion 23 for a couple years, upgrading from the original OS [Windows 8] to Windows 8.1 and now to Windows 10......

I just searched my Windows 10 Pro 10586.14
C:\Windows\servicing\Packages for any sign of Microsoft-Windows-RetailDemo- (anything) and I have no such file or files.
I'm not sure why you are running http://www.tweaking.com/news/story/tweaking_com_windows_repair_v3_7_released.html but it might be an issue with that software rather than your Windows System Files.
Have you ran the native System File Checker to see if it finds anything wrong with the install?

From another admin command prompt type
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Hit enter
let it run until finished
reboot
then run
sfc /scannow again.

Excellent. Thanks for the follow-up posts and keeping us updated on your progress.
Did you perform and in-place upgrade repair?
Do you still have those four demo files?
