Samsung smart switch sync with Outlook 2016

When I use Samsung Smart Switch to sync my Outlook 2016 on PC with Outlook on Samsung it is duplicating contacts and calendar entries. I get duplicates and quadruplicates.

I would use the outlook.com App to keep in sync rather than trying to use Smart switch. Smart switch is basically a backup program. Where Outlook.com is a syncing and using platform
