Samsung s10 not showing in windows 10

Hi guys,

when connecting my samsung s10 phone to my computer i will hear a sound the phone will start charging but i don't see it in windows 10.

i have change cables, reinstall drivers and noting.
connecting it to a 2nd computer with an older win version working fine.

i would appreciate any ideas.

you could try a cross check on the Settings > Phone on both computers and you might see a difference in your settings?.

thanks but,
as i have said the other computer is running on a older version of windows and i feel the issue started after the last windows update,.

i have try that and there no change in the computer behavior, i don't see the phone on my computer,
i will appreciate now ideas.

i have tried all the ports i have, when connecting an hard drive i see it immediately.

the issue is alive and kicking my brain,

Hi Eric,

did you try rolling back the updates that you said may have been the cause?.

Have you considered a full system reset, I know it is a bit drastic but may solve the problem!.

BACK UP ALL YOUR FILES AND DATA BEFORE DOING A FULL RESET TO ANOTHER DRIVE OR EXTERNAL STORAGE DEVICE!.
