Runtime Error

I recently installed Windows 10 on my old Windows 7 laptop. Everything is going well, except that I get the following message whenever I start my laptop:

Runtime Error
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Just irritating. Any ideas as to how to fix this?

 

[Trouble]

Is the application identified anywhere in the message? Perhaps in the Title Bar?
Right click the taskbar and select Task Manager from the context menu and then select the Startup tab and see what applications you have running at startup.
IF you see anything suspicious, simply right click it and choose disable.
