My old Win 10 laptop died. I removed the primary (SSD) and secondary (platter) drives and when I got my new Win 11 laptop, attached them via enclosures with USB cables. They both show all files on my new laptop and pictures/videos open fine, BUT programs installed on the Win 10 primary SSD won't run (missing MSVCR100.dll.
My old PC was Win 10, my new one is Win 11. I tried booting my new laptop using the primary SSD drive from my old laptop but get errors.
1. Will this even work? I'd love to use my Photoshop, Office, etc. from my original laptop
2. CHKDSK showed a few errors and corrected them but still get the MSVCR errors (multiple dll's "missing".
