RS232C to FANUC

Looking for an App for windows 10 to be able to transfer text data from a Lumina 950 though the USB-C port to a RS232C socket. My goal it to be able to transfer CNC programs from my mobile to and from FANUC controller. I did something similar back when laptops first stopped using com ports on laptops about 15 years ago. using a off the shelf cable and then making my own cable to convert the 9pin socket to the 25 pin FANUC socket then creating the transfer program using Visual basic 6. but its been years since I had anything to do with programming.
