Reverting a Folder from System File to original state

Hi everyone, I need some help. I used my USB drive for ReadyBoost to improve my PC's performance and it worked. However, it turned my video folder into a system file, and now I can't access any of my videos. Can someone please help me revert the folder back to its original state?
