I accidentally hit "discard" and lost 2 hours of letter drafting work. I have followed numerous leads toward solving this problem, but I've gotten nowhere. I can't even get the recycle bin icon on my desktop so that I can open it and look inside. Heck, I have trouble getting the desktop to come up since the update a week ago. Any suggestions?

If you click on the Folders, there are several places where it might be. If you have looked through those I don't know where else to look except maybe the recycle bin.

Thanks for the suggestion. I searched folders but came up empty-handed. My recycle bin did mysteriously show up when I logged in this morning, but it appears to be empty. I read online that once an email draft is discarded, it's gone for good. Don't know how reliable that info is, but so far it appears to be accurate.
