restore to a earier point in time

I set tried to set up the mail app. I was not suscessful. Would not sync. No mail from Outlook. I read how to delete the mail app and reinstall it from the shop. I ran the program to do that and it work. It removed the Mal and calendar app.
When I tried to go to the shop app, and down load the current mail app, as instructed, the shop will only stay open 3 seconds and then it will close. I rebooted the comouter several times, no help.
My question is how do I restore my computer to just before I removed the mail app. I can not find anyinfo on this and now I am fiightened of windows 10.

 

[Trouble]

Right click the Start Button and choose "System" from the context menu
IN the left column click "System Protection"
In the dialog box that appears, click the "System Restore" button.
Click "Next"
Your available System Restore point should be shown.....
You may have to use the "Choose another" or "Show more" options if available.
