According to the information on Microsoft.com, my device is at the end of its service period, which is incorrect. I need to purchase an extended warranty, but there is no option available for me to do so. The system might not be working correctly or updating properly. I've tried various solutions to improve the device's performance but it's still not functioning as it should.
Thank you for your time.

The extended warranty is for the computer, not for Windows, so you'll need to contact Lenovo for that. It's the same for my Dell that is now out of warranty.

Windows 10 will reach EOL/EOS [End of Life/End of Support] on Oct. 14, 2025 at which time a decision will need to be made. Is your Windows Update saying any thing about the computer support for Windows 11? I have an older IdeaPad that won't meet the requirements for upgrading.
