Remove 'Microsoft Account' Calendar Category in Windows 10

Hi there,

I've recently begun using the Windows 10 calendar app without syncing any accounts to it. Despite not having any accounts configured in Settings > Manage Accounts, I've noticed a category called "Microsoft account" appearing with an empty calendar.

Is there a way to remove this? Here's a screenshot illustrating the issue.
