Ok then try DISM tools,
type cmd, right-click and select cmd.???
Copy and paste each tool and let time run will take quite some time with many repairs needed
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
SFC /scannow
chkdsk C: /f "this it same old Chkdsk we have always used."

From an elevated command prompt (Command Prompt Admin) type the following
rd /s /q D:\$Recycle.bin
That should delete the Recycle Bin on your D:\ drive and its' contents.
Restart the computer and Windows 10 should automatically rebuild the D:\ Recycle Bin.
