Reconfiguration of Word each time it opens

A bit off topic, but close.

Subscribed to office 365. Now every time I open Word, it goes through a time consuming reconfiguration of Word 7. Did I miss something in the setup? How do I avoid this configuration step?

I thing something is wrong as Word 7 is quite old. From Office 4.3 up through Office 2013 the applications in the suite had different numbers such as Office 4.3 had Word 6, Office 95 had Versions 7, and so on. Office 2013 applications are Version or Build 15. Office 2016 is the first to have the Version number the same, 16.

either upgrade to Office 365 or install LibreOffice and use that LOL!:
