Razor headset mic not working on Predator G5 793

Hello,

Since i got my new headset ( razor kraken usb ) my mic goes automatic on mute when ever it pleases.

I reinstalled the drivers, all the sound drivers and mic drivers. still nothing, Winsdows says that there is a problem with the headpfone but it cant resolve the problem aswell.

I have cheked every possible way to fix this problem. but so far nothing works.

I hope someone can help me out here.

The headset maybe defective, since it's done this from the start.....that would be my first impulse guess. Have you tried connecting to different USB ports on the PC....front 2.0/3.0 and on the back 2.0/3.0 ports.
