Randomly restarting

Ok so my pc just keeps randomly restarting. Either when I'm playing a game or surfing the Web. When it shuts down it will try to start back up. The fans will kick on for a split second then back off. It will do this like 5-10 times before starting up. It seems to be hopping more and more often. It's not running hot. I have real temp going. The cpu gets to 40c and my gpu get to 36-40c. I have swapped the memory slots and ran it on each stick on its own. I ran a disk checker and ram checker all checks out fine. Every component is less than 3 months old.

My build is Intel I5 6600, nvidia 1060 asus oc, gigabyte h110m-s2h, 2x 8gig of corsair vengeance ram, power supply is a corsair cx450m I do have a 240gig ssd and 500gig hard drive

Sounds like either an issue with the power supply or perhaps an IC on the MoBo.
Maybe hit it with Prime95

See if you get any worker-set errors after several test
