Random “stuck in loading”

Hi, I have a strange problem...sometimes when I have a folder opened and click on an item to move/copy/delete, it gets STUCK.
There will be that little circle ⭕️ turning like it’s loading and page gets locked and never opens or finish task. Can’t close it, minimise, move, nothing. Only that page is frozen.
I can open another page and can do something but sometimes clicking will lock that page too.

I’m on windows 10, updated this problem drives me crazy .

Any idea what could it be?

it could be a number of things like missing system files or a small virus?. What version of Win 10 do you have?.

Hi,

latest update doesn't mean the latest version, you should have version 2009 (20H2), press the Windows logo key +r and type "winver" and let us know please.

Windows 10pro
Updating to v. 20H2
